KOB PROJECT is founded by Arch. Konstantin Bojkov in 2004, providing architecture, interior, programming, and master planning services for clients in both the public and private sectors.

The studio practice includes all stages of project development: from site analysis till project documentation required for issuing construction permission according contemporary legal base.

KoB PROJECT portfolio features over 100 projects in any scales and programs. Most of them are completed and published.

The team is experienced, highly educated and full licensed.
